An Australian radio station auction is highlighting a different artistic side to acts like The xx, Dirty Projectors, Animal Collective and more by selling off exclusive drawings it has commissioned for a newly launched charity project.

FBi Radio’s “Brush With Fame” series had volunteers at the not-for-profit radio station asking a number of artists to decorate a blank canvas however they chose. As you can see over here, this includes anything from a simple skull and crossbones from St. Vincent, to a fishy self-portrait of Jurassic 5’s Chali 2na, to a magical bong-smoking koala supplied by Divine Fits (see above).

Other acts involved in the project include Iggy and the Stooges, Foals, Florence and the Machine, Jamie xx, Jessie Ware, Disclosure, Purity Ring, Girl Talk, Local Natives, Tame Impala, Jens Lekman, Kings of Convenience, Ratatat, Yeasayer, Martha Wainwright, Mercury Rev, Vampire Weekend, Willis Earl Beal, Sleigh Bells, Surfer Blood, Wavves, Moby, a combo piece from No Age and the late Jay Reatard, Flume, and Of Montreal, among others.

As the station explains, “Proceeds from ‘Brush With Fame’ will allow FBi to further its mission of making Sydney one of the most vibrant and culturally interesting cities in the world, through grassroots support for great local music, art and culture.”

The auctions are ongoing, with a piece from Australian musician Reg Mombassa currently fetching the highest price of $700. Many of the items are still at their opening bid of $50, however — including the previously mentioned koala wizard. The auctions end on December 2 at 9 p.m. (EDST).
