Belle & Sebastian have announced that they will release a collection of rarities and collectibles, titled ‘The Third Eye Centre’, on August 26.
All tracks on the album are B-sides and offcuts taken from the period when the Glaswegian band recorded their last three albums – 2003’s ‘Dear Catastrophe Waitress’, 2006’s ‘The Life Pursuit’ and 2010’s ‘Write About Love’. It is similar to the band’s 2005 compilation ‘Push Barman To Open Old Wounds’ – a collection of singles and EPs released on Jeepster Records. The album includes one new track ‘Your Cover’s Blown (Miaoux Miaoux Remix)’, which you can hear below.
