I’m not much of a pack rat, so I’ve always thought it’s a bit weird that some music fans save the ticket stubs from every single concert they’ve ever been to. A signed setlist is one thing, but a ticket stub is just a worthless piece of paper! Well, joke’s on me, because now a company called Lakeside Photo Works is transforming old ticket stubs into that most utilitarian of home accessories: the floor mat.

As Dangerous Minds points out, music fans can mail in their ticket stub to the company and receive a custom-printed floor mat in return. And souvenir hounds don’t have to worry, because apparently the ticket stub gets mailed right back to you when the mat is completed. Mats average around $34 depending on the size, though can you really put a price on the chance to wipe your muddy shoes off on that U2 ticket stub from 1983?
