Radiohead’s Thom Yorke co-hosted Gilles Peterson’s BBC Radio 1 show tonight, chatting and playing music for two hours. During the show, he dropped a few choice morsels of information, as Radiohead fan site Green Plastic points out.
First and foremost, Radiohead are planning to tour next year. Yay. And Thom is also close to finishing an album with his band Atoms for Peace, which also features Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers and producer Nigel Godrich. Yay?
He also spun a lot of records, including tracks by himself and Radiohead, Flying Lotus, Jai Paul, Modeselektor, Thundercat, and Jamie xx’s highly anticipated remix of Radiohead’s “Bloom”. pitchforkmedia
