Beirut are streaming their third studio album ‘The Rip Tide’ online ahead of its formal release.
The album isn’t officially released in the UK until August 29, but is now streaming in full at National Public Radio.
‘The Rip Tide’ is being released internationally on the band’s own Pompeii Records, which is owned wholly by lynchpin Zachary Francis Condon, over which he maintains complete creative control. It is the band’s first album since ‘March Of The Zapotec’, which was released over four years ago.
Beirut play four UK and Ireland shows next month, beginning with slots at Electric Picnic and End Of The Road festivals. They then headline dates at Manchester Academy on September 6 and at
London’s O2 Academy Brixton on September 16.
