IL GRUNGE SPORCO DEGLI SUEDE RITORNA

Brett Anderson (frontman e fondatore della band) ha annunciato le date soliste di Ottobre, in attesa di pubblicare il suo cd Black Rainbows, dopo il tour estivo con i rinati Suede, con la voce di Brett Anderson ed il sound di Bernard Butler.

Dagli States il suono sporco del grunge sembrava non avere rivali, sino al momento in cui dalla Perfida Albione i Suede si ergono a baluardo della tradizione rock britannica, richiamandosi a leggende del calibro di David Bowie, The Smiths e Roxy Music…The main body of ‘Black Rainbows’ was conceived as a three-day jam session after Anderson, producer Leo Abrahams, Seb Rochford and Leopold Ross got together back in January last year and created around 20 different pieces. After much chopping, editing and general messing about the 20 pieces were turned into songs that make up ‘Black Rainbows’. Having explored new sounds with previous albums ‘Wilderness’ and ‘Slow Attack’, ‘Black Rainbows’ will be Brett Anderson’s first rock album in six years…

Storicamente gli Suede si possono definire una band di alternative rock che si sono trovati coinvolti nel movement del britpop, forse senza saperlo! Formatasi nel 1989, si sonos ciolti nel nel 2003 e di nuovo assieme nel 2010. Brett Anderson pubblichera’ il suo nuovo solo album Black Rainbows il 26 Settembre ed intanto ha invitato i fans ai seguenti due suoi concerti solisti:
