Animal Collective have announced details of a series of European screenings of their film ‘ODDSAC’.
Kicking off with a showing at London’s ICA on May 13, the film will also be presented at the Mint Lounge in Manchester on May 14 and the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on May 15.
“It’s kinda like a psychedelic film,” Avery Tare told NME.COM. “It’s not like a narrative film or anything. There are more cohesive moments in it, but then there are some that are a little more abstract.”
As previously reported, the group’s film featured at last year’s Sundance Film Festival and will be released on DVD on June 26.
‘ODDSAC’ will be screened on the following dates:
London ICA (May 13) (Followed By Animal Collective DJ Set)
Manchester Mint Lounge (14)
Leeds Brudenell Social Club (15)
Berlin Babylon (18)
Hamburg Uebel Und Gefaehrlich (19)
Amsterdam Smart Space (21)
