I VINCITORI DEI BRIT AWARD

Brit Awards ieri sera a Londra, ecco i vincitori
Si è svolta ieri sera a Londra la serata di conferimento dei Brit Awards, i premi della British Phonographic Industry. Lo scorso anno i vincitori principali, con due riconoscimenti a testa, furono Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters e Take That. All’Earls Court della capitale britannica la manifestazione è stata condotta da Kylie Minogue affiancata da James Corden e Mathew Horne. I vincitori 2009:
Best album: Duffy, “Rockferry”
Best British female solo artist: Duffy
Best British breakthrough act: Duffy
Best British single: Girls Aloud, “The promise”
Outstanding contribution to music (Premio alla carriera): Pet Shop Boys (che hanno chiuso la cerimonia con un medley composto da 5 loro brani)
Best British group: Elbow
Critics’ choice: Florence And The Machine
Best international male solo artist: Kanye West
Best British live act: Iron Maiden
Best international female: Katy Perry
Best male solo artist: Paul Weller
Best international group: Kings Of Leon
Best international album: Kings Of Leon, “Only by the night”
Best British producer: Bernard Butler
Si sono esibiti dal vivo U2 (che hanno aperto con “Get on your boots”), Girls Aloud, Kings Of Leon, Pet Shop Boys, Estelle, Ting Tings, Duffy.
