per gli U2 non so, ma per gli Stones puoi aspettare il 2012, in quel periodo avranno mezza band di supporto sparsa in tour, la vedo davvero difficile per quest’estate…per i Radiohead invece questione di giorni…credo!

http://pitchfork.com/news/41636-watch-the-national-live-in-nyc/

A few weeks back, the National taped a “Live in NYC” performance for MTV at the Studio at Webster Hall. Now, MTV has posted a few clips of the band performing High Violet standouts “Bloodbuzz Ohio”, “Afraid of Everyone”, “Conversation 16”, “Terrible Love”, as well as “Fake Empire” from 2007’s Boxer. You can check out some clips below, and head here to watch a few interview videos with the band as well.

Quindi si potrebbe fare, aspetto ancora qualche giorno.rock on

Wild Beasts will release their third album on May 9.

Called ‘Smother’, the album was penned in six weeks in east London last year and recorded over a month in Snowdonia, Wales with longterm co-producer Richard Formby.

Speaking to NME earlier in the year, co-frontman Tom Fleming said the album has seen the band “spread our wings”.

He added: “The songs are more concise and direct than they’ve ever been, I think we’ve done that stuff better than ever before.”

The record will be the follow-up to 2009’s ‘Two Dancers’.

The tracklisting for ‘Smother’ is:

‘Lion’s Share’
‘Bed Of Nails’
‘Deeper’
‘Loop The Loop’
‘Plaything’
‘Invisible’
‘Albatross’
‘Reach A Bit Further’
‘Burning’
‘End Come Too Soon’

The band have also announced a UK tour to take place around the release of the album.
