Morrissey collapses on stage during concert
Former Smiths man falls ‘unconscious’ after just one song
Morrissey has collapsed on stage tonight (October 24) forcing his Swindon gig to be cancelled after just one song.
The former Smiths frontman collapsed during his opening song ‘This Charming Man’, with eye witnesses saying he “Fell to the floor” and was then carried off by his technical crew.
“Good evening… probably,” he said before opening the show with what would be his only song.
Onlookers said he appeared to be “straining” to perform, “wincing” as he did so, and when the song came to the end he sagged to his knees and slumped to the stage.
“The stage went dark and he was taken off the stage and then his band left the stage.” An eye witness, told The Telegraph.
“There was a wait of about 25 minutes before one of the stage crew came on and said Morrissey had left the building, and that he was seriously ill.” The eye witness added.
Morrissey, who is in the middle of a world tour, has already cancelled a string of shows this year due to illness.
“Just after 9pm we got a call to a 50-year-old man who was reported to be reported to be suffering from respiratory problems and was unconscious.” A spokesman for the Great Western Ambulance Service said.
“When they arrived they found a conscious patient who was not feeling well at all. They made an initial assessment and took him to the Great Western Hospital for further assessment.” They added.
Although admitted to hospital, Morrissey’s condition is said to be “Stable”.
“Morrissey has been admitted to the Great Western Hospital. He is being reviewed by the medical staff and his condition is stable.” A spokesman for the hospital said.

ed ecco che Aloisio gia’ il lunedi prende per i fondelli eh eh eh aperitivo?Tanto a Rimini troppi scarsoni sono venuti….in compenso Steve Hackett,Mike Oldfield,Deep Purple e tutto l’ambaradan al vecchio Altro Mondo con Pfm,Banco,Orme,Gong ,Soft Machine non me lo sono perso e ho pure le foto…..anni 70 eh mica scherzi….mentre a Milano Madonna e Noemi furoreggiano,boh!

ormai c’è più gente che scrive qua rispetto a là. alla fine sono i soliti quattro che si parlano addosso (l’utente multiplo con msg a raffica sul libro di venditti è un esempio). e pensare che su un sito così frequentato, il forum musicale dovrebbe avere centinaia di utenti. ma evidentemente, visto il livello, la gente va giustamente altrove.

io ce la metto tutta:avro’ tutti difetti del mondo ma almeno credo di fornire un blog fresco e grazie anche a tutti voi sempre aggiornato.
Poi che debbo dire,ognuno fa le sue scelte………..e se vorreste apportare delle modifiche al blog,cioe’ se c’e’ qualcosa che non vi piace basta dirlo.Io non mi faccio problemi,Ciaooooooo

….io l’avevo scritto che i post su venditti erano dello stesso utente se non…peggio…. ma mi hanno bannato. boh…Anche perchè a sentire quel scrivono o hanno letto in vita loro solo Topolino, oppure Venditti è diventato Hemingway … ecco mi sembrerebbe più plausibile la prima…..
se poi andate in giro sugli altri forum, hanno in effetti SEMPRE molti più post…perfino quello della Rodotà………e ho detto tutto……
il massimo dei msg a milano si raggiunge durante il Festival…e mi sembra che i pochi forumisti acculturati musicalmente non scrivano quasi più…
tra madonna, D’alessio, venditti, x-factor etc…..d’interessante e serio rimane ben poco…

lo avevo capito Aloisio ma siccome mi voglio migliorare volevo suggerimenti e critiche senza remore o timori di sorta…..il ns rock caffe’ vi deve PIACERE eh eh eh sul resto concordo con tutti voi ,anche col Generale Lee…..ma altri forum di musica non e’ che ce ne siano tanti a parte quello della Venegoni,Giordano e Assante…..vedremo!
