Arcade Fire, Mumford and Sons, Vampire Weekend, The xx and Florence And The Machine are among the acts nominated for the Brit Awards 2011.
Tinie Tempah bagged four nominations.
Arcade Fire are up for the International Group award and the International Album honour for their latest effort, ‘The Suburbs’. Kings Of Leon and Vampire Weekend are among the nominees in the former category.
Mumford and Sons are nominated for three awards: British Breakthrough Act, British Group and British Album Of The Year, for ‘Sigh No More’.
Biffy Clyro, Gorillaz, The xx and Take That are also nominated in the British Group category. The other nominated acts in the British Album category were Plan B, Take That, Tinie Tempah and The xx.
Plan B is nominated in the British Male Solo Artist category alongside Mark Ronson, Paul Weller, Tinie Tempah and Robert Plant.
The nominees for British Female Solo Artist are Cheryl Cole, Ellie Goulding, Laura Marling, Paloma Faith and Rumer.
Florence And The Machine’s ‘You’ve Got The Love’ is up for British Single, with Plan B, and Tinie Tempah among the other nominees.
Jessie J has already been named as the Brits Critics’ Choice award winner for 2011.

The Brit Awards ceremony is set to take place at London’s O2 Arena on February 15. James Corden is set to host the event.
