After releasing one of the most highly praised albums of the year, California-based trio Haim checked off another item on their musical bucket list over the weekend.
Wrapping up a string of European tour dates supporting Phoenix, HAIM made a quick stop in New York to serve as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live before hitting the road again in December.
Hosted by Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson, the Haim sisters made their SNL debut playing two tracks off their critically acclaimed album Days Are Gone with the single “The Wire” and the infectious pop track “Don’t Save Me.”
Haim even made it into one of the sketches, playing backup to a retro Vanessa Bayer and Josh Hutcherson lip-syncing The Outfield’s 1985 hit “Your Love.”
